Iowa Sciences Academy mentors have selected Quinn Eldridge to be highlighted as an outstanding student in the ISA Spring 2024 Newsletter.

The Latham Science Engagement Initiative (LSEI) Program ended strong with fourteen students presenting group and individual projects on April 27, 2024 at the annual Latham Showcase

The 2024 Latham Project Engage Showcase will be on Saturday, April 27 in Kollros Auditorium (BBE) from 9:30 -11:30 am. The event will highlight the group and individual projects from fourteen Latham Fellows. Projects include illustrated books and educational brochures with activities for kids, board games, videos and podcasts, and more!

Ten graduating seniors delivered short presentations on topics that integrated their professional and personal interests.

This award recognizes candidates who excel in teaching, institutional, and professional service in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Are You the next published author? Come to this event to learn more about how to publish in Synthesis, a student-run and edited digital journal. All University of Iowa students can submit if the content is related to science outreach & engagement!

The Latham Fellowship is an opportunity for undergraduate student researchers to develop skills in science communication and engagement. The application deadline has been extended until April 12!
