My name is Lillie Lamont and I am a fourth-year student majoring in Biomedical Sciences and minoring in Chemistry. I currently am a research assistant in Dr. Yang's lab, exploring different PR inducers and suppressors and testing their effect on inhibiting endometrial tumor growth. I also conduct clinical research with Dr. Dominic, looking at outcomes of afib ablations with patients with ERSD. In the future I hope to be a practicing physician while continuing to participate in research. As a Latham Fellow, I hope to improve my science communication skills and help make science more accessible to all audiences through engaging outreach projects.
