Emily Thomas, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and health service provider in the state of Iowa. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Iowa in the Psychological and Brain Sciences department. Dr. Thomas directs the THRIVE Lab, which investigates the therapeutically modifiable processes that impact the development of adverse outcomes following trauma, adversity, and stress.
