Pathfinders Listserv
The Science Alliance aspires to develop a network of faculty, staff, graduate students, post-docs and undergraduate students interested in participating in or supporting undergraduate research. Registrants will be placed on a listserv for up to two years and will receive the ISA Newsletter, invitations to upcoming ISA sponsored public events, access to mentor training, direct notifications of upcoming deadlines for our funded/mentored research programs for students, and more!

Latham Science Engagement Fellowship
The Latham Science Engagement Fellowship Program was established to enhance research opportunities for selected undergraduate students. Students selected for the Latham Fellows program will complete 2 courses ( 2 s.h. each - LATH:3000 in the Fall and LATH:3001 in the Spring), design and implement outreach projects, and participate in a year-end event that will highlight their achievements. At the completion of the program, students will receive a $1,000 fellowship stipend.

Science Alliance Internship
The Science Alliance Internship Program supports sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in exploring research on campus. TThe program aims to enrich the undergraduate experience through coursework, mentor matching, career guidance, and creating a cohort of students with similar interests in science and research.

UI-LSAMP
The mission of the UI-LSAMP program is to support the nation's STEM workforce, broaden undergraduate participation in research, and create a sense of community and support for students with a declared major in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and pre-health professions. Priority is placed on students transferring from 2 and 4 year colleges that are part of the UI-LSAMP INSPIRE Alliance.
