As a new academic year begins, the Iowa Sciences Academy (ISA) is excited to welcome both new and returning students to our community of undergraduate scholars. ISA brings together 38 talented students from across the University of Iowa who share an interest in research, scientific communication, professional development, and leadership. Through programs including Science Alliance, IINSPIRE, and the Latham Science Engagement Initiative, students have opportunities to participate in seminars, connect with faculty and peers, explore career pathways and develop skills needed for success in research and beyond. We are delighted to welcome this year's cohort and look forward to supporting their growth as scholars, researchers, and leaders.
