The Iowa Sciences Academy is seeking students interested in research and science communication. Applications are open for Latham Science Engagement Initiative (LSEI) fellowships! The deadline to apply is April 30. 

Students selected for the Latham Fellows program will complete 2 courses ( 2 s.h. each - LATH:3000 in the Fall and LATH:3001 in the Spring), design and implement outreach projects, and participate in a year-end event that will highlight their achievements. At the completion of the program, students will receive a $1,000 fellowship stipend. Students may also have access to funding for summer research.

Currently, the Latham class is held each semester twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 10:20.
