My name is Cecelia Spector, and I am a neuroscience major at the University of Iowa. I plan to pursue an MD/PhD, with the goal of integrating clinical medicine and research, with a particular emphasis on advancing our understanding of the brain through scientific investigation. On campus, I am involved in organizations such as Campus Christian Fellowship, Medicus, and NAMI on campus, which have reinforced my interest in the intersection of research and patient care.
